I recently visited this beauty salon for a haircut and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! The stylist was incredibly friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. We discussed different styles and she recommended a cut that would work well with my face shape. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a few more magazines available; I had to wait a bit and there was only one that caught my interest. Also, the shampooing experience was divine – I could have stayed there all day! My only critique would be that the booking system could use some improvement. I had a slight mix-up with my appointment time, but the staff was accommodating and resolved it quickly. I really appreciate their customer service. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for quality hair care. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly now!

I just had my nails done at this beauty salon and I am over the moon with the results! The technician was meticulous and took her time to ensure each nail was perfect. I opted for a gel manicure, and she had a fantastic selection of colors to choose from, which made it tough to decide! In the end, I went with a deep burgundy shade that’s perfect for the season. My nails look stunning and I've received so many compliments already! The only thing I would mention is that the seating could be a bit more comfortable; I found the chairs to be a bit hard during the process. However, the quality of the service and the beautiful result made that a minor detail. I love how they truly prioritize customer satisfaction here. I look forward to my next visit for a refill and maybe trying out some of their other services. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about its clients, this is it!
